I was wondering about getting some pearl white leghorns from McMurray hatchery are they the same breed used in commercial chicken farming or are those hybrids or something else? And if the ones used in commercial chicken farms are hybrids what exactly are they?

Probably a rode island red. Or maybe a mix? She looks like a rode island red but she doesn't act like one. She's a lot more calm and friendly than a RIR or maybe I'm just lucky enough to have a friendly RIR. She's also very dark red.
