If one has worms, they all may be carrying some. It is up to you whether or not to worm them all. There is a 14 day egg withdrawal time with those and most wormers. A tiny bit of the medication may make its way into an egg, but many people still eat the eggs. Neither SafeGuard or Valbazen can be...
SafeGuard liquid goat wormer dosage is 1.25 ml for a 5 pound chicken given orally once and again in 10 days for roundworms only. Give it for 5 days to treat those and capillary worms. Shake the bottle well and draw it up in a needle-less syringe. If using Valbazen, shake well and give 1/2 ml...
Sorry about your lame hen. It is more unlikely to be Mareks in a 3 year old unless you have added a bird in recent months to the flock who might have been a carrier. It could be an injury, a tendon issue, or something (a tumor or infection) could be pressing against the sciatic nerve in the leg...
Sorry for your loss. What is your general location? If you are in the US, most state vet labs will do a necropsy/autopsy to help you diagnose the reason he died. That is the best way to get an answer. Here is a list of state vet labs to contact:

It might help to start a new thread about your hen. What are you feeding, and do you have crushed oyster shell available? Has anything changed in the flock dynamics recently? Is she losing any feathers or looking a little unkempt?
Have you tried Tylosin or Denagard, to treat her conjunctivitis which may be from MG? Cleaning with saline or eye wash twice a day followed by applying either Terramycin or Neosporin ointment to the eye twice daily would be good.
Is she passing droppings? Is she eating or drinking some? I would keep the prolapse tissue moist with ointment or hydrocortisone cream. Give her a calcium tablet or Tums orally, which could help to increase muscle contract. Don’t try to force the prolapse back in until the swelling goes down...
It looks like it may have been an abscess that opened, and the tissue around it might be swollen. I have seen cat bites look like that. The warm compresses help into it for 10 minutes will help. When there is a hole in an abscess I will use a little peroxide once with a QTip to clean it out...
Chickens swallow many different things, including glass, jewelry, screws, plastic, etc. Many times they remain inside the gizzard and may be found at butchering or necropsy. I heard someone recently recommend feeding sauerkraut, so that it might cushion the object in the gizzard to help it pass...
Salpingitis will eventually kill her one day, but I would just let her live her life from day to day. She may survive for awhile, and enjoy being with her flock. Encourage her to eat a healthy diet. Most don’t know their hens have salpingitis unless they happen to see a lash egg. She may one day...
Lash eggs are a product of salpingitis (inflammation of the oviduct.) There is no cure or guarantee that antibiotics will help, but if used, amoxicillin or enrofloxacin are the ones commonly used. Many experts say that when you see a lash egg, it is usually too late. But I feel like it could...
