No hay yet. Fields are still too wet on the low ends. I did do some lawn mowing yesterday. Our yard is a crazy jungle. I haven't mowed in a year or so. We need to prune up some shrubs. It was quite the adventure I don't wish to repeat for a while. Had to wet my garden boxes a bit today...

It starts to dry out and than it rains again. Hay is really getting tall. It's frustrating. Weather guy can't predict nothing. It might rain, but it might not seems to be the forecast daily. I've taken to yelling at them when they are giving me those wishy washy answers. Wish they could hear me...

At least I don't need to water. If my garden was on the ground it would be flooded out at this point.

Another 1 1/2 inches of rain so far. Everything is back under water. Hopefully my garden boxes don't float away.

We got another 1/2 inch this morning. I was trapped out by the barn because it was raining so hard. When it broke for a bit I ran to my shed and was trapped out there for a while as the rain picked back up. The hay is getting tall, and soon will be tough. We wanted quality not quantity this...

Not happy the Canadian wildfire smoke is back. Is this a whole new fire or has it been burning since last year? Barb, cat and rabbits multiply like crazy. Hopefully you can get her spayed soon. :frow

I decided today to just plant the rest of my garden boxes, corn, green beans, chard, beets, carrots, squash. Hopefully by the time it comes up all risk of frost is over. We still will need to plant the bigger patch of corn, but that's currently waterlogged. Also have been harvesting asparagus...
