I gathered a bunch of persimmons from the ground around a friend’s tree. I made a Persimmon Quick Bread ( first time trying it). It smells great 😊. Just took it out of the oven.

I did the same thing this year. The chickens ended up eating most of the cucumbers from my garden 😞 At least something got to eat them. 🤷‍♀️
