Just like the Cucumber that ripened, that you missed that kills the vine. A plant is programmed to reproduce. As for beans & cukes the beatles can introduce disease without using a Biofungicide to keep them healthy. -

It works great in the rain also, little pellets that melt & stay in place. Use it around the beds to intercept the slimy buggers before they munch your plants. I find rocks & wood that they hide under during the day & sprinkle it here & there. I'm never going back the picking & giving them... -

That's what I was wondering about, the flavor. Green beans cooked off the plant is not how I like green beans, canned is the way I like them best. Sometimes we describe a flavor as grassy & that's what I do not like about Fresh green beans that green taste. How do you describe the taste... -
