When our irresponsible neighbors got pups,kittens and baby chicks and neglected them we rescued everything we could. We ended up with one of their hens, 5 cats and 4 dogs before they moved again.

I'd ask an attorney if they're responsible for his medical bills since he fell chasing the dogs off the property
