    On another note, some of my d'uccle chicks I thought would be goldnecks are coming out with YELLOW feathers and bright black markings. This could be it! My search for Citron might have arrived!!!!

    Can I ask a silly question? I know that mottled and columbian create the mille fleur pattern, but why do some of you want to breed mottles to your mille fleurs? Are you trying to get more color/spots into your birds?
