My grandfather, (not the one who has dementia who lives with me,) came to visit me and my family. I decided to surprise him with one of my Dutch oven meals.

I made him Peach cobbler.

It worked out well, but next time I need to drain the peaches more. A little too much liquid on the bottom.

Try using fresh peaches.

I made pizza for a seminar lunch at the church. It was reheated there, and got burnt. People still complimented me, and said they like it like that. I took the darkest piece, a tomato jalapeño corner, and agree it was still awesome. The only complaint received was that it was gone before people got any.
This is my double sheet pan. People in the kitchen were impressed by its size.
