Silver to silver and Italian to Italian are the two that I know of. If you keep those colours, just keep a pharoah roo, and you should be fine.

Is I bred them with a Pharaoh roo would the offspring be Italian or Silver depending on the one I bred with him? Thank you for the extremely important info.

There's a decent chance. You can breed silver to silver or Italian to Italian, but you're likely to get a lower hatch rate and a higher deformity rate.
