    Rhubarb sauce Cut 1/2" chunks of rhubarb into a saucepan. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook, covered, until falling apart tender with occasional stirring to prevent pan bottom from burning. Sweeten to taste and use like applesauce.

    Make the coop a lot bigger than you think it needs to be and tall enough to easily walk into. All the numbers you see recommended are for minimum requirements, not the ideal amount of room.
