I agree.
I was also taught this way, and also taught my students to do this as well. Just recently my daughter (in a private school) was taught to use index cards for her research paper and also for a speech.
While I was teaching school, the internet first started being used for school reports...
That was the downside...I was just going to post about that. My mom didn't buy the replacement sheets so then I just had to use my imagination....and I wasn't artistically creative on my own...needed to know which colors to use and where to use them...LOL
I like going over the Mackinac, but I don't think I've ever been up there in the winter. It's a beautiful view on a clear day!
The only way to the Island is by ferry. There are ferries available both in Mackinaw City (south of bridge) in St. Ignace (north).
Reminds me of two of our cats. This first (he's been dead for over 8 years already) slept with our dog every night! One of our current cats loves two of our dogs, especially the Golden. She'll even curl herself around the Golden's legs and curl up to sleep with her.
Sometimes I forget to bring the reusable bags with me, but I'm trying to do better at remembering.
Rather than throwing away the reusable bags, you could donate them to a resale shop or even use them to bag up things to take to the resale shop.
