I will. But probably tomorrow as I would not be able to get a decent pic. But it is the biggest chick I've ever had and it is a bantam!

One of my chicks just hatched and just as I suspected was the chunkiest chick I've ever had. It has fat rolls, giant body, chubby feet and an adorable face. Thus the name, chunky. It always did look bigger than a normal embryo.

Only one of mine has pipped so far. still waiting on the other one.

Did you hear any of yours chirp before pipping? I did. For some reason these chicks from my silkies seem to be loud and very noisy before even pipping and seem to just like to wake me up. But I wouldn't want it any other way.

My eggs are in lock down today!

Hopefully it's a early hatcher :celebrate so I get to see it hatch before I sell them.

Though that egg was taken at 12 days old. Now it is day 16. I still don't believe how big that embryo was. I mark them down the day I get them so that was very strange to me. Also can't see in the egg anymore.
