Sure. If you do make it, the dough should be prettty sticky. by end of kneading, it should be able to, but just barely, clean itself off the counter. I found that my flour or humidity or something necessitates me adding a bit more water. try the measured amount first, and add as you see fit ;)

Yeah. Its good for making popcorn too, makes it nice and light. Doesnt smoke as soon as sunflower, safflower, ect

Huh. Ive never had..but I think Ill stick with fried doughnuts and baked bagels. Which were a disaster, btw. I proved them wrong and they came out shriveled rings :hide So I prefer making doughnuts :P

I used half the dough so it was easier to handle. the other half I was lazy and made another round loaf that came out kinda oblong. Next time Ill do the same this I did here and try slashes on the top of the round loaf, just for fun.
