Duckling still attached to egg!

Is that the yolk? if it is gently put the duckling into a cup or small bowl lined with a dry soft washcloth or dry paper towels and leave it in the bator until absorbed this way it won't accidentally catch on something and rupture it. Put duckling in feet first careful not to touch the yolk sac.Don't try an remove the shell it will fall off on it's Just be extremely careful when putting the duckling into the bowl so not to catch the yolk on the sharp edge of the shell. Did you help this little one out of the shell?

Ok ill do that , yes i had to help this little one , had an external pip for 3 days with no progress

You maybe about to pick some of the shell away if you can do it with out pulling on it. Those shells are so sharp I worry it may cut the yolk.
