Sick chicken with few obvious symptoms

I have a sick chicken and I've posted about her before but haven't gotten much response, so I'm trying again. I found her standing by herself with her feathers puffed up. After a day of that I brought her inside so I could monitor her. But she seems to only have one symptom: she won't eat or drink. I feed her water with a syringe and she'll have some scrambled eggs, but she won't eat anything else. When I bring her outside with me she'll act like a normal chicken and scratch and bathe, but she won't eat anything she finds. She also seems to keep close to me or under something, as if she knows she is vulnerable, she won't explore or even try to make her way back to the coop. Her poops are normal, just smaller as she eats less. Her crop is firm. No sour smell from crop. No signs of any bugs, infection, can't feel anything weird inside or on her, comb is red. I am at a loss for what it can be and how to help her. She 3 years. Any ideas? She purrs when she hears me coming and doesn't seem to be in severe pain or distress. She is more sleepy than normal though and naps a lot, even when outside with me.

How's she standing? What's her diet? Is she laying and has she laid recently?
She seems to be standing normal now but it's hard to tell when she's in the carrier I keep her in when she is inside (she has access to food and water but isn't interested). When she is outside with me she stands and moves normal. She normally eats layer feed and drinks plain water. They aren't free ranging at the moment so no grass or other plants. They get occasional food scraps but we have few leftovers. I thought she laid the day before I found her sick because I got as many eggs as I have chickens that day, but I can't be 100% sure. She hasn't laid since I brought her inside so I started doubting if she had in a while.

She seems somewhat better, but I don't want to put her back if she isn't eating.

Here's your thread from earlier this week, you did get responses...

Check her crop, if it's not emptying, then address that symptom.

If she's not laid an egg and should have, you can also give her extra Calcium for 3-5 days. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

I know my thread, I said I didn't get much response. Since yesterday I've got one response that might actually help, but when I posted my second thread I hadn't gotten any replies to my follow up posts. But thank you for your suggestions!
