What is this spot on my chick's back?

My chicks are two and half weeks old and I just noticed this on one of their backs. Any ideas on what it is and do I need to do anything with it? Thanks in advance.

Ok, there is this product called Hen Healer, you apply it to the area and it prevents the chickens from pecking at it, because since it's red and bloody, and chickens are attracted to color red, it makes them want to peck at it more. But since Hen Healer is blue it covers up that red/pink area and they aren't interested in pecking it anymore. You can also use BluKote, it just depends what your preference is.
