I think we'll hit triple digits tomorrow. I agree with this gila monster's assessment: "Bleh!"

A gila (heel-uh) monster is a 12" venomous lizard native to the southwestern U.S. Its venom is described as "hot lava coursing through your veins." It is regarded as the most painful venom produced by any vertebrate. They bite and hang on and don't let go. Check out its chompers:

This footage of the complete destruction of a building was filmed by a dash cam in an unoccupied vehicle in a parking lot during the Lincoln, Nebraska tornado on April 26, 2024. First, the trees disappear, then the building is ground up by the twister, spitting huge debris out of it, as it passes directly in front of the camera.The real-time version is followed by a version at 1/4 speed.
