If I’m reading this right you have one male and two female Pekins and are wanting to add three more females? Why not more Pekins? I can’t help it,bInlove them! I don’t know specifics but go to a hatchery web page and see what they list as heavy breeds. That will give you something to look for.

I had Pekins. I wouldn’t call them loud but they will talk to you every time they see you. Loud is subjective I think. If I lived in town and had neighbors they may call them loud.

Yes! It is so weird! I gave my chickens to my neighbor because they wouldn’t lay in a new nest and I wanted to reconfigure my coop. The only animals we have now are the two dogs. It seems so dead out there. Not even any wild waterfowl. Can’t wait till my new chicks get here in February!
