I would say upside brown incubation would definitely be an issue. What temperature and humidity did you incubate it? What were the temperature and humidity at lockdown?

I know for mine, after the solar eclipse (which was total for a few minutes in my area), and especially after the solar flares, mine have decreased in production as well. A relation, who is on Facebook while I am not, says that a lot of people have had egg production declination after the solar...

Hmn. That is quite a conundrum. Judging by the comb color is hard, since it is fifteen weeks... I would observe. Those saddle feathers say boy, but I am just not sure. My rooster Elrond sits just like that, though, haha! I would watch for a crow at this point. 🤷
I would say it is a boy, as for the sweetness, I would keep hanging out and cuddling with him, but keep your fingers crossed. Roosters can be a mixed bag.
