I got mine from the local feed store in Delaware Ohio this past spring. I ordered some from Sandhill but they were out when they filled my order and sent something else I agreed to. When we went to the feed store to get chicken feed they had buckeye chicks (sexed) so I bought 3. :)

Have 4 welsummer roos, 2 splash orp roos, 2 light sussex roos and 2 black americauna roos. All born around May 20. Some very nice birds. Anyone interested let me know. I can send pics.
Can anyone tell me what breed of chicken this is? It has a pea comb, mostly white legs, gold coming through on the head and wings. Also looks like we have some purple showing through too. It came in an order from Sandhill. We didn't order a barred chicken and they haven't answered my emails...
