Looks like both embryos started growing.

I'm hooked now lol. Next spring I'm setting up for laying quail. I will order jumbo coturnix hatching eggs, keep the hens and butcher the quail to feed to my dogs. (My family is vegetarian but I have no issue butchering.)

Speaking of quail eggs, they are so much better tasting than chicken eggs :drool

You're right, it's not. It's Arizona ;) Although, neither Arizona, Missouri, or Alabama are known for their dairy, fried cheese curds, fresh cheese curds, beer, or have the best hockey, football and baseball teams in the country. But, whatever floats their boats ;)
