Thank you to everyone that suggested using a lower initial humidity! I had a 60% hatch rate with this last batch, and all the ones that did hatch did it on their own and are healthy!
My eggs came from two local breeders at a poultry swap. I am going to be much more picky about where I get eggs in the future.
Humidity during incubation was 45 to 55% and 60 to 65% during lockdown. I had one short drop in humidity during the first few days of incubation.

Went on lockdown yesterday! First time hatching eggs. Got these ones, including a couple celadon, at a local poultry swap. Today is Day 16, so of course I am obsessively checking for signs of pipping or movement. Here is a pic of the "clutch" after I removed the egg turner.
