what’s your favorite that you hatched from Kdale? I have a couple intriguing ones I’m curious about the pattern I see in the shafts and I have one that looks like metallic silver and I’m like . There are a few grey ones. It is different I can’t wait to see more feathers. I’ll try and get...
I can’t decide what to do. I think I’ll try and keep them all together and just pull out aggressive ones as they show themselves and males if they have a color pattern that’s sexable.
couple more ?s
I cannot find anything on space as they grow. How much space do I need at 2/4/6 weeks...
That’s why I got the 56 last year it’s always been not proportionately more expensive like 100 bucks more. The trays are more cause there’s more space... but the 56 is the better deal I think for sure.
I have geese so I think I’m going to order another set of trays and glue the divider all the...
Yeah I’m fairly certain my solid black must be a Tibetan.
but these two bottom ones in this collage are looking DEFINITELY like solid black tuxedo.
@Nabiki how much you sell these kinds of colors for? I put an ad on CL for 10 for $25 and had four replies this morning immediately.
Are there good chick ID photos in this thread? Elsewhere that anyone uses or suggest? I’m trying to get an idea of what chick colors I may wanna keep out of my first hatch this week.

I am doing my first quail hatch in the 56ex.
I don’t like the quail tray dividers. I cracked three or maybe four eggs by that divider bulging on one side for a large egg and then it cracking another.
I no longer use the auto humidity because I run almost all my hatches dry until...
THANK YOU!
Im delaying the move until next summer, its gotten SO crazy up here in the rural market for buying a place. Total sellers market, which would be nice to sell our place but its really awful to find a place to go. :-\
Thank you, I am worried about the door too. I think I may make...
Thinking maybe? I don't knowwwww. The space is about 20-25 sf, and 6 ft tall. it has a large door on the front. I was wondering if the door was too big and also if the wall shared with chickens was a bad idea? I feel like I see people say theres too much chance for disease?
