You can try peeping and use your finger as a Momma Hen to show it how to eat. Dip its beak in water. Show it where the feed actually is. Yogurt can cause the poops and birds can't digest dairy well.

It will love seeing itself as a friend..They usually cuddle and sleep with their reflection.

Well heating up a tiny space will definitely get too warm I'm thinking. I'd look into a different Brooder set up.
