With the jumbo breeds, it's not even usually about me and my dog it's about some people who are not comfortable around them. And then there is also being "red listed," it's not such a bad thing, you get special treatment, haha.

Your idea to scope it out is good. Some vet offices are happy to just text you if you prefer to wait outside and avoid any kind of dog drama.

Issue with what? Harnesses or Web user interfaces? Not sure what company you're talking about. I'm very particular about my training equipment. I doubt I'd try a harness unless I know everything about it so good for you for asking questions. In general I'd only use harnesses for cart pulling.
