Incubator turned off ( for a know reason called cats ) on day 10 of incubation. For what I THINK was possibly 8 hours, could be less. Will they go? ANy luck? They are RI Rooster X Barred Rock Hen. I intended to candle them today have not will do tomorrow but that may not tell me much if they had died? Thanks for anyone who has dealt with this.

My incubator got turned off, without heat, for AT LEAST 15 hours. All the eggs were cold to the touch, but none of them died.

Plug your incubator back in, and see how they ride.

I also had a friend who had the same thing happen to her, and her chicks survived.
