I will add that pullets can crow. Mine did. But in this case it’s probably the cockerel crowing.

This is similar to what we ended up doing and it worked out very well! :D I like the idea of working out specific hang out times, i’ll have to try that!

We ended up naming her Missy, and at first the interaction was as you might expect, some hissing and dislike from Kiwi, but i’m very grateful that she warmed up to her quickly. I kept Missy in a smaller area in my room so she wouldn’t hurt herself, and when she got a little older i let her roam...
