And those two aren’t bigger than the rest, no fancy feathers and they’re not cocky just big ol’ waddles & combs! Maybe they’re just going to lay first???

Is it normal to have pullets all the same exact age and exact breed with different comb and waddles?
My Buff Orpingtons (15 weeks old) are all female but there has always been 2 out of the 7 with big ol’ red waddles & combs. No crowing, no significant difference in stature size. But...
So far, I do not see any differences in leg size. And on occasion, she can get a little bossy with the others. But that not uncommon with the other either. Hoping she's a pullet.

This is my first time with BO and a lot of my little ladies have red around the growing crowns and under the beak. They are 4 weeks old. Perhaps a little red is normal...

So far I feel confident on a, b, c...and I'm "eh" on e.
But that d, f and g...I don't know. Going to keep my eye on those ones.
