Rumpless BCM - pullet or cockerel?

The EE and RIR are pullets. I think the rumpless one is likely to be a cockerel with that amount of comb and wattles at 14 weeks. A clear, top view photo of its back and saddle are would be helpful.

    Male or female

With a comb that size and color at 6-7 weeks, he is a cockerel.

Sapphire Sky, Jubilee Orpington, Barred Rock, Salmon Faverolle 6-9 weeks old roo/cockerel or pullet (and Sapphire sky question)

Good deal! Sometimes pullets can get bigger combs early. But I was also looking at its overall lighter color, which is another sign of a male. But what the lab says goes.

Sapphire Sky, Jubilee Orpington, Barred Rock, Salmon Faverolle 6-9 weeks old roo/cockerel or pullet (and Sapphire sky question)

The Faverolles is a pullet. The barred rock is looking like a cockerel to me. The Orpington is looking like a pullet so far, but these can be slow to mature, so I wouldn't say it is definite yet. Same story with the Sapphire Sky. So far it is looking like a pullet but things could change.

Black sex linked with brown spot.

Wow, that's very unusual! I think in this case it's going to take a while longer to tell. A couple of clear pictures showing the comb could help.

    Cockerel or pullet?

I think cockerel because of the large comb at so young an age.

    Breed and age assistance please?

It's a red pyle old English game bantam pullet. 12 weeks old, more or less.
  9. JedJackson

what breed is it or is it just a mix?😁

Mixed breed. Looks much too small to be a Marans and there's too much white on him, too.

Gender of two 6 month old bantam mixes

Yes, I agree that they are pullets.

    Young roo?

The green egger is a cockerel. I think the Easter egger is a pullet.
  12. JedJackson

    My turn!

The comb looks pretty large to me for 5 weeks. I'd wait and see for a while longer before judging.

    Breed/Gender

Both pullets, in my opinion. I think the first is a Starlight Green Egger or Whiting True Green, depending on the source hatchery. The black one looks like a pure Ameraucana to me, but I could be wrong. Might be an Easter egger or olive egger.
  14. JedJackson

    Blue cuckoo or something else?

Looks like a dark shade of blue to me. I see no evidence of barring to call it blue cuckoo. Breed is maybe blue Marans, Andalusian or some type of Easter egger.
  15. JedJackson

    What breed is this?

I'm think either black copper Marans or one of the Marans hybrids like Midnight Majesty.
  16. JedJackson

TSC bantams what breed is this

Probably cuckoo old English game bantam.
  17. JedJackson

Hens or roo naked necks (turkens)

I think the first one is a female and the second one is a male.
  18. JedJackson

Hens or roos partridge cochin bantam

That's terrible. I'm sorry that happened. Not sure if there's anything to be done about it with straight run chicks.
  19. JedJackson

Hens or roos partridge cochin bantam

All males. Females would not have solid black breast feathers.
