Well, she is the only one that is that white- the others have dirt stains on their neck and body, not sure why they stay dirty looking even after a good rain. They definitely get all wet but still look dirty. :gig :idunno

We have only had white Leghorns for egg layers. This spring we got some White American Bresse mainly for meat but might keep a couple hens to check the egg laying.

Having their wings out is one of the signs they are hot. Where are they? Can you put ice water close to them? Can you run a fan in that location? You can give them a little bit of cold watermelon to nibble on.
