    If I use butter, cinnamon and sugar the squash is wonderful. My favorite is acorn ,butternut ,pumpkin and zucchini. I make breads with them too. I made pumpkin cookies that were cake like. Yummy stuff

    I don't have a wheelbarrow I use 5 gallon buckets and a hand truck(dolly) sounds silly but easier for me to control.i can also get into small places.
