You don't have to call yourself disabled if you don't feel it's appropriate. You also don't have to put up with it as a label applied to you if you do not feel it is fitting. it doesn't affect your condition, but if it negatively affects your mindset, ignore it. Combo fidget. You get one sensation from just squeezing the ketchup back and forth inside, and additional stimuli from folding the packet around or or passing it back and forth between your hands. I play with them subconsciously so often I just keep a few on my desk to fiddle with.

I kid you not, best cheap and easy to get fidgets I've found are ketchup packets. Just don't use one for more than a few days and don't squeeze too hard.

Diagnosis has improved by leaps and bounds since you and I were kids. if you think you might benefit from finding out and learning ways to maybe help yourself (if needed), it can't hurt to go get tested.
