How many eggs minimum daily for a roadside farm stand?

Pics
Hey all, just to follow up on this thread after a year or so using the stand. Here are the takeaways:
The eggs were immediately stolen, repeatedly (I suspect from a local pensioner). The sheriff advised to install a camera, and certainly not to leave eggs or a cashbox by the road. He said customers can come to the barn if they want to buy from me in person (which a lot actually do). I also got a permit to sell eggs wholesale to grocery stores.
The NIIMBOT printer wasn't very useful, because the labels were too small, and it did not print onto generic replacement labels, only onto the very expensive name brand labels.
The farm stand is useful for 1) as a landmark, or advertising there's a farm business, 2) holding packages from ups etc, 3) it's a meeting place for visitors and customers who aren't going all the way into the barn
