So far I can pick out the bar rock, the copper Maran, gold laced wynadotte, Columbian wynadotte, blue Andalusian, silver laced wynadotte, black giant, buff orpington, 2 cochins, one EE. The beilfelder, sussex and last two EE's all look the same to me right now.

So cute!! They have been cracking me up with thier squawks. But to answer your question, no unfortunately not necessarily. I saw someone on this forum that had a roo start to crow at 6 weeks and his brother that hatched with him didn't crow for the first time until 5 months old.
