Yes, for both the uk and America there is no official organisation for assistance/service dogs they are just covered the the disability/equality laws, so unless its illegal to own the breed they can be a ad/sd

Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro are banned in the uk (xl bullies too but they have slightly different laws). I think some other countries also have banned breeds

I would start intervening earlier, as soon as they show small signs, if they have bitten and broken skin. I normally let them give a small correction but if the other dog keeps doing it repeatedly I will start stepping in sooner, I do not let them near each others high value food at all. Its...
