I would give her some raw egg every hour or so, it should benefit her. That poop means she's not eating. If you have electrolytes that would be good to give as well.

Poor thing! Not eating isn't good. How does her crop feel? If you can find it, and feel it.

How old is she? Where did you get her? Is she eating and drinking? Try using a small syringe or dropper and put little drops of raw egg into her mouth, it may help her out.
