HELP , premature duck with swollen head.

So I have a duckling that needed assisting in hatching even though it was premature the membrane was super dry almost like paper white with paper texture. Egg yolk sack was not fully absorbed so i left that part of the shell for him but took off the rest. It is chirping a lot and still breathing but its head is very swollen and super soft and squishy and cant be lifted. Would anyone know what is the issue??
