Bantam silkie/sultan/rhode island red don't walk too well. Has developed bubbled sore looking spots on its legs and feet are swelling. Shes off balanced and I have to feed her and make sure she get water. Since she was hatched her mom kicked her out of the nest never wanted her. How can I help my baby run like the other chicks and be happy? Please help.. :(

Do you have a plague of biting insects that bother you and the chickens? I would try smothering the legs and feet in castor oil for a few days and see if there's any improvement.

Another possibility is squamous cancer lesions, but there's not much to do other than treat for pain.
