standard and bantam crosses

So we decided the old unused peacock enclosure needed some new life and got a dozen chicks, 6 bantam cochins and 6 splash orp's. In hindsight I got to thinking about the size difference and am wondering if a standard orp roo might squash a bantam cochin hen if he tries to breed her? should I try to keep them separate? We had originally planned to free range them all but im wondering if thats possible now.

A standard sized roo (especially a heavier fowl) can squish and kill a bantam hen. If you really wanted a rooster in that flock, I would keep a bantam rooster and not a standard sized one.
