I'm guessing cause if the fan or whatever you call the thing that thing on the head? Is why you say that?

These chicks are around a month old just wondering if there's any way to tell the last picture is to different ones I got along with the other one

I have 8 week old rir that just started walking funny within the last couple of days it will stubble around and fall sometimes and it will lift it's legs real high next to its body and it walks in like slow motion it still can get around and is eating and drinking water but will stay outside...

It does have some black on the tail and on back of neck and it's wings
