    I know this is an old thread, but it seems like a really interesting idea. This is probably one of the things I'd be most worried about with a system like this. Has anybody else built something similar to this?

    Thanks! Our hawks aren't super aggressive, but enough that if left completely open we'd lose some of our smaller girls. I want to believe that a really light-weight tunnel would be sufficient for basic protection during the day. I'll need to think on this a bit more to consider the pros/cons.
