This is only about 1/4 to 1/3 of the brooder. They weren't going to the "dark side" (other side of fhe waterer) so they must have been in the just-right zone. :D
Seriously, I do believe they are happy with the heat. They are not huddled together trying to keep warm; they are moving about...
Just hatched beginning yesterday. Still have a few eggs pipped. Fingers crossed that the incubator doesn't spike again (did it last week and again today).
I'm no incubating guru, but I could hatch some mixed bantam EE. I'm in Jeff City. Incubator is busy but in about 3 weeks I could start.
Computer or web page glitching- typing 2 characters at a time & getting kicked out of window.
