What breed is the rooster that makes a big difference in ratio of hens to Roos.
example is it a silkie? Keeping him might work
if it’s a production breed or some dual purpose like a RIR or leghorn might not work.
My OEGB Crele rooster is paired with 7 OEGB hens and fertility is great!
My others are silkies I have had 1 to 1 up to 7 to 10 hens no problems at all
my dual purpose has two salmon faverolle roosters and one light Brahma rooster.

No worries things will settle down, that first year can be a challenge. Keeping a rooster is great for protection and renewal of the flock…..but watching the drama unfold is not for the faint of heart. Once more girls mature the less pressure will be placed on the early maturing hens. Good luck...

Number 3 looks like a cockerel the other two look like pullets to me another week should tell for sure. Males tend to be a week behind females in feather development in my experience.
