With this little light my girls (except the Silkies) are taking a break.

They do well with anyone a silkie will do well with. If you are putting them in with a large fowl flock don't get any crested breed with a valued scull. They are OK outside in winter but need extra bedding like many bantams. Showgirls are great chickens with fiesty personalities!
