It's fine, I wouldn't worry about it. If the really needed to, they would lay in the igloo. :)

Mine always changed where they layed their eggs too, and I did find a few in the pool. They never did settle on just one spot. I would expect her shells to become more consistent with time. If she is allowed to free range at all during the day, that will help. :)

Not always. Early to mature boys will get red early, yes, but not as a rule. Just like sometimes boys will start to crow as soon as a few weeks old, but it's not always the case. If you're lucky, your boys mature early, so you can tell what you've got, but many times you have to wait until...
