    I just saw this thread, I hatched my first babies 2 weeks ago, it is an OBSESSION!!! I woke up to 2 hatched and the third I got to watch. You are right, it is crazy how big the air sac gets at the end and you should get a little pip soon. Can't wait to see them

    I was just signing in to ask about using a shed as a coop! I really like your ideas. Are you adding that ventilation for their confinement in bad/cold weather ?

    2 developed, ....They made it to pipping and both pipped on the wrong end. I panicked and I picked at the shell so they would not turn and block the hole. I blame myself and they did not make it. I cried for days. I think I killed them. I feel like I need forgiveness for this from someone...

    I just watched your video. Thank you for posting this great info. I am on my third batch of Sebastopol eggs, and first time I have had any at all develop. I am using shipped eggs and 2 out of 7 developed and are on lockdown starting at day 26 because I thought I saw shadowing and stopped...

    Coming today...doggone it they sat in the post office all day yesterday! I am on a Sebastopol fb page and got some leads there....saying a prayer....it's kind of amazing how you can actually get attached to EGGS while you are incubating them!!!

    I am having some goose eggs shipped and have 2 incubators fired up. Hovabator Genesis 1588 and a Nuture rite 360. I just bought an goose size autoturner insert for the Nurture Right. The Genesis comes with an auto turner. I have poured over the directions for goose egg incubation on this site...

    Traveling with incubator

    I've had some work schedule changes, hence the traveling..... and...I found an eggsitter.... I did go on the incubator warehouse web site and they do have a car adaptor for the 1588 if anyone is interested.....

    I planned on hatching goose eggs and they are coming at an inopportune time. I cannot trust them to anyone in my family, and need to travel with my incubator, a Genesis 1588. Has anyone done this. Yes, I know it may not work but I want to try.... So ....is there a power adapter that will work...
