Honestly I see everyone's advice and you're all looking at it at a profit vs non-profit margin. I want for nothing, I need for nothing... I am simply looking for a hobby to spend my days doing. IF I need to build 10 more coops and runs I have the time, the space and the resources to do as such...

I see the "Deep litter" method used the most. Gravel/sand stinks and does not break down into a useable product. Get a use out of those pine flakes, that breaks down into compost. Another way for the chickens to feed you.

Honestly... if I was going to go that route. I would wind/water proof the sides as well, as the roof. This would tech make the run one giant coop. 25'x50'coop and then just go back to free ranging them. Would cap me at 125 though... still not enough. I think I need x4 that size.

They have their own sliding windows/with screens at the top of the coops/roost. So good air flow Also no one ever answered if you could supplement the lack of floorspace for more (non-coop) ground covered areas for rain/snow. They would only be locked in the coop at night and even on rain/snow...

Right, every invasive species has already invaded everywhere possible and we for sure have no issues with species being introduced into new areas... Tell them to not worry about those boars... if they don't already have boars there... then you don't need to worry.
