Thank you all so much! Can anybody show some pics of the pretty eggs? I appreciate all of your help and crossing my fingers they are cuckoo pullets.

I was thinking maybe the same thing but since they have the feathered feet I was thinking maybe not cuckoo? The comb looks a lot smaller than my barred rock Roos at 8 weeks but who knows. I will be pretty sad since I bought 6 of them and paid for pullets.

Hello! Bought these “midnight majesty Marans as pullets” from Hoovers Hatchery and I’m feeling like I have Roos instead. They are 8 weeks old and I’m leaning towards male because the Barred Pattern. Also not familiar with the breed. Please help.

I was thinking the same but I keep getting told no because she doesn’t have the feathered legs. I guess I’ll have to wait til she lays.

14 weeks old bought as pullet but you know how that goes. All the other cockerels are crowing and haven’t seen anything from this one yet. Please help.

14 week old unknown rooster from Hoover Hatchery. Bought it in the RARE Breed variety pack from Hoovers Hatchery and we ended up with this one male.

I’ll try to get better pics tomorrow I notice the Asian breeds below are very thin and stand really tall and I’m not sure if it’s the angle of the picture that makes mine look tall and skinny but he’s a little hefty lol. Thought it was pullet til I heard a crow today. Lol
