I'm looking to get either a pair of regulars and a pair of whites, two pairs of regulars, or a few babies. I'm shooting a wedding in MO this weekend, so bonus points if anyone has any currently available in Oklahoma, Missouri, or Arkansas.

My friend that got the last roo "liked" my facebook post about this one starting to crow; I think she had her fingers crossed this whole time. Haha. Too bad a roo in town = the city finding out about the chix. Bring your girls over! We can start some sort of reverse brothel!

Not going to lie; I sorta want to keep him at least long enough to get a dozen eggs out of each lady just to see what sorts of weirdness might come of it.

Coca is a columbian wyandotte. Isn't she the cutest thing? She looks like a proper old lady. Sizzle is a red frizzle cochin. Frizzles are pretty neat; I secretly hope for frizzle every time a chick's feathers look odd.

Sooner, I actually had picked up a couple of bantam ameraucanas at Mary's a few years back, but I haven't seen any since. It might be the whole not actually being productive until 10am on the weekend thing... Buckguy, that's what I was afraid of. Maybe I'll find some and bring them out here...

They all came from the random bantam box at Atwoods. I've given away six roos so far, and I have one left, but he's not crowing yet, so he gets to stay. He's a super cute polish .

Well, I'll be, Illia. We've all been trying to figure out what color he was closest to. Now, how do I go about pairing him?

When this one was about five weeks, everyone said pullet. Later, when the feathers came in, everyone said definitely roo. But, he's never crowed, and he doesn't act like my other roos did. His feathers scream roo, though, so I'll just keep telling him "no crowing."

Here is my weirdo polish, Mieszko, now that he's less of a baby. He still hasn't started crowing, and he's getting near six months, so we're just hoping he holds on a bit longer. I don't need the city finding out I have chix again.

Haven't heard anything out of him yet. We had six other roos that all went to new homes, and it's been quiet as can be ever since. This one and my GLW roo just poke around and have been, thus far, content to be quiet. I'm sure that will change sooner rather than later. I'm not sure what color...
