Hello everyone! We are busy clearing some woods to make a new chicken house. Our flock is doing great. We added some new hens and a new rooster after we lost our old boy.

Thanks, we are planning to put a slanted top/roof over the nesting boxes this spring. Sounds like we should move those plans up!

Thanks for the advice. I will see what I can do to block them from the shed. I don't have a picture with me of the nesting boxes, but they are milk crates with the fronts cut out. They have been using them all year with no problems. So I am unsure why the change.
